The game area was more exciting than an amusement park on a sugar rush! The kids were glued to the arcade, playing everything from Super Mario Kart to air hockey, while the spacious balcony off our room gave us a perfect sunset view, a relaxing spot for adults trying to regain sanity amidst all the chaos.

missingWrote a review on Nov 03inconvenient check-in
Check-in occurs on the 10th floor, which is a bit inconvenient considering the parking setup and carrying luggage through a confusing entrance. The noise levels from the party deck were disruptive, especially with a broken balcony door lock making us feel less than secure. We also found the bathroom floor unclean upon arrival, which isn't what you'd expect at a resort. Lastly, a lack of basic amenities like a trash can in the room and the missing coffee filter basket added some frustration to our morning routine.

The balcony in the King Room offered a decent view, although it felt a bit run down and could use a thorough cleaning. The arcade provides entertainment for kids, featuring a variety of games that keep them engaged while you relax nearby.
Arriving at check-in, I found the process frustrating; despite calling ahead to pay in advance, the front desk struggled to locate my reservation. The room lacked basic features like a microwave, and the restaurant's food quality didn't impress, resembling something you'd find at a fast-food joint. I also noticed that the noise levels through the walls were disruptive at night, making it hard to catch any sleep. The water pressure during showers fluctuated unpredictably, which was a bit alarming, not to mention the absence of a 'Do Not Disturb' sign in the room, leaving privacy concerns.

The location is perfect for families, with plenty of fun attractions like arcades and a waterpark right on-site. Our King Room was clean, and we had a great view from the balcony. the amenities were a bit outdated, and we faced some hiccups with the door lock and missing hair dryer. Still, the convenience of being next door to a casino and other local sites made up for some of the inconveniences.
